~ Where is Rising Stars Dance Academy Located?
The studio is located n the Mayberry Shoppes, off of Centennial Rd. just south of Sylvania Metamora Rd. - 5658 Mayberry Sq. E Sylvania, OH 43560
~ What classes are offered at Rising Stars? Tap, jazz, and ballet are offered for beginners, intermediate, and advance dancers. All boys dance classes, Hip-Hop, Musical Theatre Dance Class, Toddler Time classes (adult & child), Pre-Dance, and Baby Sign Language classes are also offered.
~ Why should I choose Rising Stars Dance Academy? The teachers at Rising Stars are personable and professional, the studio is in a safe convenient location, the students will have fun learning to dance, all dances and costumes will be age-appropriate ...and those are just a few reasons!
~ How many students are in each class?
Class sizes are kept very small! If the class has fewer students in it then each child will receive more personalized training and have more fun. Therefore, at Rising Stars Dance Academy each class will have a maximum of 9 students (maximum of 7 students in the younger classes). On average most classes will have 4 or 5 students.
~ How do I enroll my child(ren) in classes at Rising Stars Dance Academy?
You can either fill out the online registration form or you can setup an appointment to come in. In addition to filling out paper work a $25 registration fee and first months tuition must also be paid.
~ Where can I get dance shoes for my child?
You can now get your shoes right at Rising Stars Dance Academy! This is a convenient and less expensive option.
~ Can I stay while my child is in class? Yes you can! The studio has a nice lobby that has a large view window so you can watch your child. However, parents are not allowed into the dance room because it is a distraction to the students.
~ Can I drop off my child while they are in class? If your child is 4 and under you must remain on the premise while your child is in class. If you child is older you do not have to stay if you do not want to. However, Rising Stars Dance Academy is not a babysitting service and cannot be responsible for your child before or after class, so it is important to pick-up promptly.
~ Who do I contact to discuss questions/concerns about my child's class(es)?
Miss Nikki welcomes all questions and she is more then willing to discuss any concerns you may have. The nice thing about having your child at Rising Stars Dance Academy is that you are able to speak directly with the owner. You can either setup an appointment, send an email, or call.
